Margo T. Valenti, FRP, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Law Office Support Services LLC (“LawSprt”), a virtual paralegal and legal assistant service established in 2014. Dedicated to supporting small law firms and solo practitioners, LawSprt has become a trusted Florida Bar Member Benefit Provider, delivering cost-effective, high-quality legal support tailored to the modern practice.

With over 35 years in the legal industry, Margo has built a reputation as a strategic partner to attorneys and legal teams. Her background includes paralegal work across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including corporate and transactional law, securities, commercial litigation, estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, and Medicaid entitlement.

​In addition to her paralegal expertise, Margo has spent decades serving as a law firm administrator, overseeing every facet of firm operations—from protocol development and staff training to financial management, compliance, and technology integration. Her leadership has shaped efficient, ethically grounded practices in firms ranging from boutique offices to multi-practice environments. She is known for her ability to design and implement systems that enhance productivity, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster professional accountability across legal teams.

Margo is a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) since the program's inception in 2008 and actively contributes to the advancement of the profession. She currently serves as Chair of the FRP Compliance Committee and previously chaired the FRP Enrichment Committee, roles that underscore her commitment to ethical practice and professional development.

In addition to her leadership at LawSprt, Margo is an Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College, where she teaches Practical Law Office Management, preparing future legal professionals for the operational demands of today’s law firms. As an industry consultant, she offers expert guidance on law firm start-up strategy, compliance, accounting, human resources, and business development, with a special focus on the virtual legal office model.

Margo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. Whether leading innovation in legal support services or mentoring the next generation of legal professionals, she remains committed to strengthening the foundation of law firm operations across Florida and beyond.
